Our story
Imbentory started from a simple frustration: small and growing businesses were running their shop floor across spreadsheets, messaging apps, and paper logs that never quite matched up. Every sale, restock, and stock check meant switching between tools that didn’t talk to each other.
We built Imbentory as one system for the whole shop floor — POS, flexible products, purchasing, and reporting — fast enough for a busy counter and clear enough for end-of-month numbers. As businesses grew past one location, we added Connected Branches, so stock could be checked and transferred between locations without a phone call.
Every plan ships with the full system, so teams can start with what they need today and grow into branches, agents, and custom roles without switching tools later. There’s no self-service signup either — we set up every business with its own dedicated subdomain, cloud server, and isolated Imbentory environment, never a shared instance.
