Account & business information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and company details.

Customer Data you enter into the Service, such as products, orders, customers, and suppliers.

Usage data collected automatically through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (general page-view and traffic patterns) to understand how our website is used.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account, billing, and support requests; and to understand website usage so we can improve our marketing pages.

Customer Data is hosted on a dedicated cloud server and an isolated Imbentory environment sized to your chosen plan — not a shared or multi-tenant instance. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not have a dashboard for browsing customer accounts. Access to Customer Data is only possible through direct database access, and is limited to what's necessary for maintaining the Service or resolving a support request.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting providers, or WhatsApp Business when you choose to contact us that way), or when required by law.
